A word on Mushrooms...

So I decided to investigate growing mushrooms. Well... what a fun task that could be. I will have to keep researching. Living in a southern state, mushroom growing is hard unless done indoors. And, that takes a lot of energy. However, there is a ton of research to do....

My garden is going to take off here soon. We have decided we are going to give it a go and start to grow some serious food back there. We have the space and with 60 degree winters, we can pretty much grow year round. Minus the odd freeze. But with the planter boxes we will build, I am sure we can fashion something at that time ;)
