Holiday Gift Idea for Smokers who love the Earth!

So here I am, trying to figure out what to get my mother-in-law for the holidays and it occurs to me, the best gift idea for a smoker isn't an ashtray or a lighter, it's an electronic cigarette.

The issue with two parts, is that in order to refill the nicotine, you throw the filter part away which leaves a butt! But this butt, is made of plastic and metal.
